Rihanna stops by Times Square for the Good Morning America Show:
Rihanna stopped by Times Square in New York to appear on the Good Morning America show. While there, the hosts interviewed her and she discussed her latest endeavor with M.A.C Cosmetics as spokesperson for Viva Glam and something we’ve ALL been waiting eagerly for — NEW MUSIC! If you didn’t catch the interview, you can watch it in full (here). Let’s discuss what she wore during the show.
Rihanna interviewed with the GMA team wearing an orange suit from Chanel. Her suit was a vintage pull from the runway of Chanel’s Spring/Summer 1994 Collection (courtesy of Lynn Ban) along with pearls. You can check out this collection from over a decade ago at the link below. Underneath her suit, she wore a ribbed bodysuit designed by frequent collaborator and designer Adam Selman. This bodysuit is from his upcoming Fall/Winter 2014 Collection. Rihanna completed the look with a chic pair of ankle strap Manolo Blahnik pumps.
By way of jewelry, she wore Lynn Ban Coil Rings and Jennifer Fisher’s Diamond Triple Finger Ring and Yellow Gold Peak Diamond Ring. On one of her hands, we can also spot her Jacquie Aiche 14K 3-Diamond Bezel Chain Finger Bracelet. She debuted this piece at the Roc Nation Grammy Brunch (here).
After doing a bit of digging I found something really interesting about Rihanna’s look. Karl’s collection was featured in a 1994 shot within the pages of American VOGUE! Just a few of the icons in the modeling world featured in this photo are: Naomi Campbell, Carla Bruni, Niki Taylor, Nadja Auermann and Claudia Schiffer.
Rihanna was also spotted heading to GMA studios wearing her vintage coat that she dazzled in on New Years’ Day. She also sported her Nike New Balance Sneakers. Her 574 Sneakers are a ‘Made in the USA’ favorite that combines a classic look and breathable mesh with rich suede colors and premium materials. You can get a pair in light grey and silver for $74.99 below.
