Rihanna headlines Rock in Rio wearing vintage Issey Miyake:

Rihanna has traveled abroad to Brazil to headline the annual Rock in Rio concert event! As you may or may not have known, Rihanna is no newcomer to the Rock in Rio stage. Why, back in 2011 she performed in a completely custom-made Adam Selman ensemble and just the year before that, she put on quite a show in a look from Jeremy Scott! From one fashionable show to the next, let’s see what she performed in this year!

Rihanna wore a vintage look for her performance which consisted of an oversized cloak and a pair of paper bag trousers in a bold yellow hue. The vintage pull was made by Rihanna’s stylist Mel Ottenberg. He styled her in this 1978 Issey Miyake look from
Resurrection Vintage that was paired with an Isabel Marant Bodysuit. She completed this look with PUMA Basket Sneakers.

During her performance, Rihanna rocked pieces from Fallon which included their $550.00 Classique Stone Strand and their $285.00 Monarch Pointed Choker which is made of gunmetal plated brass. Although the Stone Strand is currently unavailable online, the brand informed me that due to some site adjustments, the pieces will be up shortly!

Take a look at her performing Bitch Better Have My Money below.

After her performance, she was spotted wearing this sold out Kurt Cobain tee. The top features an image of the artist from his 1993 The Face Magazine shoot. For some time now, Rihanna’s been using a new iPhone case. We finally got a good look at it! The case was custom made by Richesse NYC. Her deco-design case says, “Badgal” and is made of Swarovski crystals.
According to the designer behind the brand, Hanna, the case Rihanna has retails at $180.00. Each one is handmade in New York with Swarovski crystals and the words and color can be customized. Her website is in the works! For now though, you can order your own case by emailing Hanna@Richesse.NYC. Shipping is free in the U.S!
